一、任职资格：

1、大专或以上学历，CET4（含）以上水平，良好的听说读写能力，专业不限；

2、1-2年以上Amazon亚马逊独立运营经验；

3、精通Amazon亚马逊平台销售政策，运营技巧和方法；

4、精通网络推广、传播方式和渠道，具备较强的电商营销推广能力和数据分析能力；

5、团队意识强，较高的职业素养，成功欲望强。

6.优秀应届毕业生可以考虑，做事有自己的思维想法，积极主动，认真好学者优先

二、岗位职责：

1、负责亚马逊平台帐号的管理与维护；根据平台和公司要求进行产品上架，编辑，优化，及时回复客户邮件，处理异常订单等，维持店铺良好的客户体验；

2、负责制定店铺运营策略计划及执行；每日关注店铺指标，保证店铺安全，订单缺陷率正常。

3、制定推广方案并负责实施，对推广效果进行评估，负责统计、分析推广数据及效果，并不断做出优化方案；

4、利用各种运营技巧，优化产品，提高产品的曝光率，提升转化率；提升产品排名，关注相关促销活动资源，研究和尝试各种阿amazon营销手段以提高产品的排名和成交率；

5、负责店铺的产品分析（商品定价、确定主推商品、分析销售情况）、产品销售（商品上架、商品销售、配合推广促销）、产品促销（策划活动方案、执行促销活动、协助促销宣传）

三、薪资待遇

底薪+高提成+年终奖+利润分成
