Responsibilities

· Develop marketing strategy and plan marketing campaigns/events in line with sales strategy per business line and industry trends.

· Maximize brand exposure through building and maintaining relationships with chambers of commerce, industry associations among other relevant business-related organizations.

· Report on the performance of all marketing campaigns and conduct monthly analysis of chamber memberships to measure ROI.

· Regularly identify events or activities to support the sales team to generate new business leads.

· Develop and produce marketing materials including brochures, leaflets, banners, presentations, client cases, event-related materials, etc. in conjunction with HQ MARCOM team and relevant technical experts.

· Create content for various marketing channels (WeChat, LinkedIn, etc.) regarding the strategic wins, new technology applications or industry-related news to position Aden as a trusted IFM solutions provider.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in marketing, partnership development, event management and external communications
• Strong understanding of clients and industry market dynamics
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Expertise in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and has great attention to detail
• Skilled at presenting to internal and external stakeholders
