Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily operation of order management
• Update and maintain of databases such as information on SAP, supplier contact lists and SRO attendance record etc.
• Managing office daily supplies and expense.
• Performing administrative functions for SRO
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• College education level or above
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail
• Proficiency in using computer applications/software(Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Illustrator etc)
• Good learner and can work under pressure

• 5-days work week
• Office hours (9:00 a.m.~18:00p.m.)
• Location: Nanshan District, Shenzhen, China
