1、完成当日客机、货机航班保障工作

2、负责出港航班的值机、登机等监控

3、负责处理不正常航班保障，负责协调不正常航班旅客的服务及旅客解释工作

4、及时掌握航班运行动态变化，及时将不正常信息反馈航站控制席，并主动提出航班处理建议，为航班保障提供有力支持，并根据航站控制席的指示处理不正常情况。

5、参加公司安保培训，参与或协调地面应急事件的处置。

职位要求：

1、大专及以上学历；

2、具有在民航业实习或就业机场、航空公司工作1年以上工作经验；

3、具备较强的组织协调，写作功底强，掌握民航旅客与行李运输规则、民航管理工作，掌握公司和部门管理手册，熟练应用现代办公设备；

4、性格开朗，善于交往，能应用常用的操作软件word、excel等办公应用软件，具备书面表达能力、决断力、交际能力和语言表达能力；

5、沟通协调、灵活应变能力较强。

Suparna Airlines (Yangtze River Airlines) was officially established in 2002, with 50.25 hundred million RMB as registered capital. Subordinated to HNA Group, it is an airline based in Shanghai and Shenzhen.

On July 2015, Suparna Airlines seized the historic opportunity of China’s civil aviation reform, access to air passenger transport qualification. In the same year of December 15th, Suparna Airlines grandly sailed. On April 28th, 2017, the company name officially changed to the Suparna Airlines Co., LTD.
