Job Description：

1. Test program maintenance and optimization to sustain production by improving test time, test yield, test efficiency and product quality.

2. Test program conversion and migration among different tester platforms.

3. Test program development and test hardware design for NPI and continuous improvement.

4. New tester platform development.

5. Collaboration with other teams to improve test efficiency and effectiveness.

Technical Requirement

1. Knowledge of analog electronic circuits, such as PMOS, VIP, and VR.

2. Master several programming languages, such as C++, Linux Shell.

3. Knowledge of STDF (Standard Test Data Format) data analysis.

4. Experienced use of test debug tools, such as oscilloscope, curve tracer.

5. Familiar with semiconductor assembly, test and finishing processes. 

6. Experience with test manufacturing or experience and knowledge on Teradyne and Microtest platforms are preferred.
