Responsibilities and Position Requirements:

- Degree / Tertiary education / Diploma or equivalent

- Min 5 years merchandising / product development experience on bags

- Proficient in supplier management and experience dealing with Europe or US Retailing Stores.

- Excellence and successful price negotiation and problem solving skills.

- Proficient in PC applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, E-mails, etc.)

- Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written & spoken).

- Communicate clearly to suppliers, including lead time, capacity allocation, pricing and resource allocation to ensure reliable service, quality and low-cost procurement.

- Coordinate with factories for manufacturing process and ensure on time shipment.

- Product management including product development, product selection, Target Negotiation and order follow up.

- Daily communications with overseas head office, laboratories and vendors, following through all samples, testing,     production to shipments

- Ensuring an effective merchandising value chain which produces goods in good quality standard and meet tight         delivery
