职位描述
1、负责深圳、广州等珠三角城市地标性商务中心楼宇的拜访，发现潜在的设计、施工信息，并予以统计汇报给市场部负责人；
2、与地标性商务中心或潜在项目的物业管理处保持良好的关系，推广公司的设计及施工服务；
3、陌生拜访潜在客户，获取有空的市场信息；
4、上级交办的其他事项。
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，市场营销、项目管理类专业；
2、一年以上装修设计施工行业市场开拓经验；
3、能吃苦，擅沟通，喜欢与人打交道，抗压能力强；
4、熟练使用办公软件，具有良好的数据分析能力；
5、良好的职业素质和敬业精神。
