Arrange booking with rail carrier and follow up with the booking confirmation and EDI release

Coordinate with local supplier for the collection of cargo and customs clearance docs.

Follow up with either trucking company or warehouse for cargo pick up or cargo receipt.

Confirm customs release with broker and trace for the shipment on board

Ensure complete and correct data input in operation system.

keep tracing cargo till full shipment arrived at destination.

Job Requirements

• bachelor graduate, major in related is preferable 
• CET-4, Good English in reading and writing
• At least 3 years of relative working  experiecence in gloabal fowarder  (Rail operation experience is prefered)
• Good communication and coordination skill,  strong sense of service , responsibility and teamwork,able to work under pressure.
