Job Description:

The R&D Senior Engineer will be responsible for the design and development of our LED Driver products. He/she will be responsible for product development, technology adoption, implementing design solution to meet product specifications.

职责描述：

1.Being the circuit and product designer, responsible for the product design involving platform selection, component selection, technology adoption, all the way till product production.

2.Electronic circuit design, board realization, design performance evaluation and test report preparation.

3.Works across functions and occasionally regions (between APAC and EMEA)

4.Support any other R&D related activities within the department such as competitor bench marking, quality issue evaluation, technology study etc.

Experience and Backgrounds:

1.Master/Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

2.3-7 years of solid hardware design experience in power supplier or similar product.

Skillsets:

1.Solid driver design knowledge/experience, including the use of appropriate design tools such as MatLab, Pspice, LTspice, PSim…etc.

2.Good sense of ownership, responsible for the success of the product design including quality assurance after production.

3.Work independently to make design recommendation and implementation within scope of responsibility/authority as well as product requirements.

4.Comprehensive communication skills on explaining concepts, selection of circuit topology, components and design methodology.

5.Good communication skills in English reading and writing. Able to communicate in Oral English will be a plus.

6.Occasional travel required
