【岗位职责】

1.负责各类电子元器件来料检验，避免不良品流入客户

2.负责来料异常分析和处理，书写品质报告，与采购和销售沟通，处理退换货

3.对客户质询提供相应的技术支持，处理客户投诉，进行客诉原因分析、提出改善措施和对策

【岗位要求】

1.了解电子元器件生产工艺流程，熟悉各类电子元器件产品的包装类型，封装类型，检验项目及流程

2.了解ROHS,PbFree等环保知识，熟悉使用游标卡尺，万用表等常用测量电子仪表

3.大学专科以上学历，理工科专业（电子相关优先），2年以上电子或半导体质量相关工作经验 

4.良好的英文读写能力（听说流畅更佳），精通Excel，Word，Outlook等常用的办公软件

5.原则性强，良好的沟通和分析能力，能适应不断变化的工作压力。
