职位描述：

职位职责：

1、负责总经理的日常工作安排，如会议、宴请等；

2、负责总经理出差事宜（机票、酒店预定、礼品准备、电话联系等）；

3、负责总经理的理财事宜（转账、汇款、结息等）

4、协助处理总经理的股票，期权，证券等；

5、负责总经理物品采购及每月费用的报销，并做好记账工作；

6、完成总经理交给的其它事宜。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，英语4级以上；

2、文秘或会计专业，持有会计上岗证；

3、必须具有较强文案能力和组织能力，并熟练掌握常用办公软件和办公设备的使用；

4、适应能力强，工作态度积极主动，团队意识好、乐观开朗并富有合作精神；
