Responsibilities

l Drive day-to-day activities to meet overall project objectives.

l Communicate with Customer to make sure Engineering Team have good understanding of customer requirements.

l Present Design Proposal to customer to make sure customer have good understanding of our Automation proposals.

l Schedule Management: Create and maintain project schedules based on master schedule from customer.

l Collaborate communication across teams from engineering, operations, customers to meet project goals.

l Cost Management: Assess the BOM Cost of the Product in Concept design level and quote to customer.

l Lead cross-functional communication. Provide timely issue resolution and critical path management.

l Understand technical issues and drive them to closure by bringing together key partners for decision making

 

Qualifications

l More Than 3+ years of experience in Automation Project Management or NPI Project Management

l Fluent English Communication, Needs excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills

l Needs to be self-motivated and dedicated with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities

l Needs to understand and deal well with rapid development cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of ambiguity

l Major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Bachelor or above

l Experienced in Assembly/Test Process in Consumer Electronics, Automotive Electronics and Medical Industry

l Experienced in electronics manufacturing equipment NPI program management
