职位描述
1、依据公司战略发展方向及营销目标制定市场规划及渠道建设方案。
2、执行渠道建设工作，包括摸排渠道实际状况，拓展优质、高效的渠道，进行渠道合理化布局，包括制定渠道开发、选择及管理的总体方案并落实执行，为销售业绩负责。
3、策划并执行各类渠道拓展活动，不断优化拓展新型合作模式，完成销售目标。
4、沉淀销售方法与流程、销售系统与工具。
5、建设渠道销售团队，管理团队绩效，为团队绩效负责。
任职要求：
1、全日制专科及以上学历，计算机、营销等相关专业；5年以上渠道开拓、运营管理经验；接受全国各地出差。
2、熟悉物联网、移动互联网、云计算、人工智能等相关技术。
3、具有敏锐的市场洞察力和分析能力，开拓能力强。
4、优秀的人际社交与影响力，优秀的统筹思维能力，优秀的演讲技巧及项目管理能力。
5、坦诚、自信，高度的工作热情及团队合作精神；能适应出差。
6、有KA谈判经验、食品快消品渠道销售等相关业务资源的优先考虑。
