TITLE : Buyer Planning
DIRECTION : Logistics Department

JOB PURPOSE :
Follow up all EMS and suppliers from the order release to the deliveries.

MISSIONS :
1.Release orders in SAP system and following up with EMS and suppliers.
2.Release shipment plan weekly to EMS and suppliers and make sure all the data were accurate.
3.Negotiate with vendors delivery time and push ETD
4.Delivery control and inventory management
5.Coordinate and communicate with inter-department to meet the need
6.Working with suppliers for cirtical material expediting.
7. Monitor the production line status closely and reaction at the first time to avoid line down risk.

RESPONSABILITES / TARGETS
Responsible for material ordering and delivery control,issue P/O and ensure material deliver on time for production needs

PROFILE :
- EXPERIENCE :
At least 5 years experiences in ordering process and supply chain for electronic devices
Already worked for large company with sub-contracting management
Familiar with electronic componant manufacture and distribution.
Excellent comunication skills with EMS, suppliers and interface.

- Educated level: College or above

- REQUIRED SKILLS :
Excellent negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of purchasing and planning logic
Familiar with SAP system or any other ERP

- LANGUAGES : Good command of written and oral English
