PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述

  

• Bachelor’s degree with major in Engineering

• At least 4 years' sourcing or procurement experience, experience dealing with overseas vendors is appreciated

• Be able to communicate in Chinese and English comfortably, at least CET4

• High level of integrity and general negotiation skills

• Familiar with sourcing process including supplier development process, product cost down process, and cost and price analysis

• Experience sourcing, purchasing, conducting vendor evaluations and qualification

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements relating to purchasing

• Know well in produce, capability and process of fastening parts or metal parts，such as screw, Pin, Nut, CNC, stamping, spring, plastics, etc.

• Capable to read drawing

• Proficiency in Microsoft office

   

  RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责

                        

• Work with various departments such as sales, PM, customer service, engineering and quality assurance to know the purchase requirement

• Process PO, communicate the delivery and resolve the delivery issues, meet delivery targets set by the company

• Source and develop new supplier resource and new solutions according to project needs

• Negotiate a competitive price for purchases made by the company

• Drive cost down and productivity improvement with suppliers as required

• Prepare and maintain various purchasing documents and reports for submission to management

• Do part planning based on information and feedback from customer service departments in a timely manner

• Coordinate with internal functional departments on order / delivery / quality issues

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers in support of new product development

• Assistant with supplier audit, monitor supplier quarterly's evaluation and push them to improve

• Accompany management or customer to visit the supplier
