1. 岗位职责：

   Job responsibilities:

   1.设计开发：负责LED五金配件的机械结构及外观相关设计及测试验证工作，能根据客户要求独立设计产品。。

   Design and development: Responsible for the mechanical structure and appearance-related design and test verification of LED hardware accessories, and can independently design products according to customer requirements.

1. 试制跟踪：负责产品在试制中的跟踪，质量分析，设计，验证及工艺改进与技术支持。

   Trial production tracking: responsible for product tracking, quality analysis, design, verification, process improvement and technical support during trial production.

2. 协助规范执行：协助工艺人员，对产品的设计文件，装配工艺，明细表等文档进行整理。

   Assist in the implementation of specifications: assist process personnel to organize product design documents, assembly processes, schedules and other documents.

1. 本科及以上学历，取得硕士学位，机械工程、设计专业，有良好的专业基础，接受优秀应届毕业生，肯虚心学习，服从安排，配合度高，有创新、设计理念。

   Bachelor degree or above, master degree, mechanical engineering, design, have a good professional foundation, accept excellent fresh graduates, be willing to study with an open mind, obey the arrangement, have a high degree of cooperation, and have innovative and design concepts.

2. 拥有1-2年工作经验以上，从事过项目的开发、应用研究，特别是从事LED 显示屏行业工作者优先；也接受应届毕业生。

   With 1-2 years of work experience or more, have been engaged in project development and application research, especially those engaged in the LED display industry are preferred;also accept university graduates.

3. 对新项目研发方面有良好的基础，具有独立研发项目的能力，学习能力强；

   Have a good foundation in new project research and development, have the ability to independently research and develop projects, and have strong learning ability;

4. 能熟练使用3D、ProE、Solidworks、CAD等制图软件

   Proficiency in using 3D, ProE, Solidworks, CAD and other drawing software

5. 有良好的英文输写能力和沟通能力；

   Have good English writing and writing skills and communication skills;

6. 责任心强有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，诚实守信，动手能力强、工作细心、耐心。
