要求：

1、有制造业、跨境电商类型公司工作经验；

2、有生产供应链经验（行业不限，如有服饰类型行业经验加分）；

3、有管理公司经验（即除业务经验以外还有一定的人事、行政、财务管理认识）；

4、有创业激情（即能接受创业类型公司高强度、高压力、高工时的工作性质）；

5、接受并认同企业价值观并完善企业文化，使公司更高效、更向上、更凝聚。

职责：

1、管理中国区业务（现中国区员工约30多人，含采购、跟单、质检、总务部门）；

2、负责中国区业务与美国、欧洲、东南亚地区其它业务部门的沟通交流，提高跨区域工作效率，解决区域业务、文化壁垒；

3、供应商管理、产品管理、质检管理（中国区为生产部门，暂时不需要涵盖销售方面）；

4、生产及人力成本管控；

5、人员甄选及培训、绩效制定；

KPI考核：

1、准时交货率；

2、退款/重作率；

3、以季度平均值为考核指标。

薪酬：

1、月薪*12个月，5万人民币/月-10万人民币/月；

2、年底奖金：约10%-20%年薪（根据全年KPI考核而定，年底奖金不作为保证，具体年薪比例需在面试通过后再进行商谈）；

3、股票：具体数量需与老板沟通决定，分四年释放，每年释放25%。

福利：

1、五险一金；

2、额外商业保险；

3、周末双休（上周二到周六，休周日、周一）

备注：由于是创业公司，本职位的工作职责及考核标准可能会随着公司整体业务变化而变化。

Supply Chain VP/China Regional Leader Job Requirements

Gender: unlimited

Education: Bachelor degree or above, major or background in supply chain management or logistics management

Language: Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese

Requirements:

1. Working experience in manufacturing and cross-border e-commerce companies;

2. Experience in production and supply chain (unlimited in the industry, plus points if there is experience in garment industry);

3. Experience in management company (i.e. knowledge of Human Resources Administration and Financial management in addition to business experience);

4. Enthusiasm in Entrepreneurship (i.e. accepting the nature of high-intensity, high-pressure and high-working hours of entrepreneurship companies);

5. Accept and identify with corporate values and improve corporate culture to make the company more efficient, upward and cohesive.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the business in China (now there are more than 30 employees in China, including Sourcing, Quality Control and General Affairs departments);

2. To be responsible for the communication between China's regional business and other business departments in the United States, Europe and Southeast Asia, to improve the efficiency of cross-regional work and to solve regional business and cultural barriers;

3. Supplier management, product management and quality inspection management (China is a production sector, not covering sales for now);

4. Production and human cost control;

5. Candidates selection and training, performance formulation;

KPI assessment:

1. punctual delivery rate;

2. Refund/redo rate;

3. Take the quarterly average as the assessment index.

Salary:

1. Monthly salary * 12 months, 50,000 RMB / month - 100,000 RMB / month;

2. Year-end bonus: about 10% to 20% annual salary (according to the annual KPI assessment, year-end bonus is not guaranteed, the specific annual salary ratio needs to be negotiated after the interview is passed);

3. Stocks: The specific quantity needs to be communicated with the owner and decided to be released in four years, 25% annually.
