岗位职责

1、负责船员部的体系正常运作和改善；

2、为公司船队招募合适的船员；

3、负责船员的考勤统计；

4、跟踪了解内贸油轮船员的市场动态，建立公司的优秀船员队伍

6、领导安排的其他事宜

任职资格

1、大专以上学历，有航海经验优先；

2、船舶驾驶或轮机管理等相关专业优先，

3、通晓沿海船员管理知识，熟悉国内行业动态， 具备船员管理、船舶管理等方面的知识，

      熟悉公司质量管理体系；

4、熟练使用自动化办公软件，具备基本的网络知识；

5、具有很强组织协调能力、判断与决策能力、人际沟通能力、计划与执行能力；

6，为人诚实，工作踏实，服从性强；

骅林海事服务（深圳）有限公司的母公司是华林船舶管理有限公司，它成立于1971年，隶属香港华林集团。香港华林集团由挪威商人Haakon Wallem先生于1903年成立于中国上海，现总部位于香港，在全球18个国家和地区设有近47间分公司，有雇员900多人。华林船舶管理有限公司现管理着近300艘船舶和8000多名船员，其中近100艘散货船及特种船上有2000多名中国船员。
骅林海事服务（深圳）有限公司将国际化的船员管理经验和相关技术带入内地，并且正在建立一支素质高、稳定性强的自有船员队伍。

目前公司的主要为香港华林船舶管理有限公司配员。公司从国内各个航海院校招聘合格高素质的毕业生以及优秀的社会船员加入公司，并参加各种培训后派遣到华林船舶管理有限公司的船上工作，逐步成长为符合国际公约要求的优秀船员。
