Your Responsibilities

• Provide feasibility studies for new concepts and ideas with Lean thinking

• Create/design the system tools that improve the auditing process flow

• Work closely with the MES, QDM and Lean systems team to integrate data between machines and process

• Monitor the systems to ensure audit targets are achieved

• Ensure appropriate resources and program capacities are allocated efficiently

• Coordinate tasks and projects across all Plant functions.

• Provide necessary reports and documentation for knowledge transfer for internal and external customers

Your Profile

• Educational requirements at least a bachelor's degree in computer science

• Good Written and oral English and exceptional presentation skills

• Team spirit (able to be part of a team and team leader as well)

• understands machine data and data integration

• understands the next level of analysis and can create a system or system landscape that can be a template for machines

• understands data platforms that support machine data integration and machine to machine communication

• Understands AI, classifying algorithms, optimizer, simulation and all kinds of modeling - understands how to deploy systems throughout a plant.

• understands the market and can display solutions and recommendations

• understands best practices in successful industry 4.0 implementation

• Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail, knowledge in statistics preferable

• years of experience in/as 3
