Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the operation, store management，maintenance and optimization of Amazon store platform;

2. Responsible for online product upload, editing and optimization, sales operation, advertising program, etc.;

3. Investigate and analyze the market and competitors' situation, improve the inside and outside referral traffic, continuously improve the operation strategy and increase the traffic and sales volume;

4. Optimize product information according to sales data and traffic analysis to improve customer shopping experience and click value rate;

5. Set the reasonable advertising time and form and adjust the advertising parameters and trends according to the analysis the product advertising situation ;

6. Assist in setting new product promotion plans and mature product maintenance strategies, and implement and carry out those plans;

7. Responsible for handling customer problems, provide high-quality pre-sale, in-sales and after-sales services and avoid disputes, maintaine good positive rating and credit of the store;

8. Perform regular statistics of sales data, inventory data, return reports, etc., timely adjust the sales strategy.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, CET4 or above for English, major in e-commerce or trade is preferred;

2. Be able to operate account independently, upload products, handle daily problems, familiar with delivery operation, platform policy and transaction process;

3. Strong logic, strong data analysis ability, fast learning ability, good at communication.
