主要职责：
?协助市场经理，为英孚青少儿英语中心制定全面整合的品牌及市场推广策略，包括广告投放、线下推广策划及执行，助力校区实现业绩增长
?在市场主管协助下，制定品牌创意策划（包括全国性与地区性大型活动策划），开拓与不同品类及界别的合作，并将之执行
? 管理及培训旗下的地推团队，确保品牌活动有效推进
? 与运营团队紧密沟通，确保品牌活动在中心内落实开展
? 管理年度预算，分析并优化市场投入及产出
? 掌控竞争对手动态、洞察最新行业趋势及创意，确保市场计划引领行业

任职要求：
? 接受应届毕业生，有一年以上市场策划或品牌推广工作经验者优先
? 具有敏锐的市场触觉与创意、主动学习及善于沟通，并能细心落实执行
? 良好的写作能力及数据分析能力
? 能纯属运用Excel、PPT进行数据分析及提案
? 抗压能力强，具备团队精神
? 英语运用能力佳者优先
