职位描述
We are a fast growing company with an open corporate culture, located in Europe and China. As a company with high ambitions, we are looking for someone to join our current customer support team as a customer service assitant. Fresh graduates are welcome as long as you have good English writing skills, are enthusiastic and have a strong interest in e-commerce and positive communication with customers.
1) oversee the purchasing of technical goods and services
2) evaluate suppliers and negotiate purchase agreements with suppliers, as well as maintain the inventory of supplies.
3) create standards for the whole procurement process by mastering, applying and training lean principle
4) assist with the development of our own products
5) Manage logistics personnel, logistics systems and direct daily operations.
6) Negotiate and validate storage and shipping costs
7)Resolve problems and continuous improvements concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
8) Issue and follow up claims and returns
9) Create policies or procedures for logistics activities.
10) Responsible for customs declaration, customs clearance, validation of invoices
11) Monitor and achieve improvements of cost control, productivity, accuracy and timeliness objectives
Skill requirements
- Bachelor degree or higher
- Over 3 years experience preferred of supplier management and/or third party warehouse handling or proven skills
- Familiar with ERP systems
- Fluent in English reading and writing, able to communicate effectively;
- Analytical skills and good with data.
- Good execution and organizational skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
- Result oriented
