2. 精通Mastecam或UG编程，熟练使用CAD等各类机械软件，有CNC四轴/3+2轴经验，现场解决问题能力强，能独立跟进产品项目。

3. 编程工程师需要懂常用材料的加工工艺和加工特性；擅长成本控制程式优化；

4. 擅长工装夹具设计；样品开发效率高；

5. 擅长机台管理和人员调配，能吃苦；性格温和，沟通协调能力强。
