职位描述
Focus on the relationship management of end users, deal with end users’reviews to improve customers satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities
- Good Review Generate, generate good and useful products reviews mainly on Amazon for better ranking.
- Bad Review Management, handle complaints and bad reviews with customers from different cultures and background.
- Relationship Maintenance, maintain end user relationship daily to achieve better comments and brand reputation, and so coordinate with Marketing Team to meet sales targets.

Qualifications
- Fluent English Writing and Verbal Skills
- Excellent Sense of Customer Service
- Well Communication Skills and Interpersonal Capabilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Work every other Saturday
- Customer service experience on Amazon is preferred
- Interns are accpetable
