Principle Tasks:
1. Recurrence of availability of the materials owned within the responsibility
2. Demand Planning: Creation of demand plans (Supplier Fcst) and related statistics as a result of the MRP calculations
3. Daily demand check and fulfillment of related purchase order creation within the MRP planning cycle
4. Daily check of exception messages as a result of changed demands and initiative of related actions (cancellation, pull-in, push-out,…) to secure stock targets and on-time delivery targets “to request” and “to commit”
5. Inventory management for the production material owned in personal responsibility
6. Material master maintenance incl. lead-times, pricing, safety stocks, purchasing info records…
7. Control and implement actions to support the achievement of related stock targets
9. Conduct NPI/transfer project planning/purchasing in terms of supply from China.
10. Initiate continuous improvement projects to drive process optimization
11. Improve and develop ERP skills continuously
12. Develop and control actions to support division, departmental and personal goals (Stocks; OTD; Lead-times;…)

Supplementary Tasks:
1. Develop and maintain appropriate and productive supplier relationships.
2. Conduct in time supply escalating, identify supply/demand risks/constraints, lead and take actions to solve problems before significantly impact on supply chain.
3. Provide key inputs to management meeting and QBR/ supplier score cards

Skills / Qualifications / Training / Experience:
1. Technical and/or commercial apprenticeship or diploma (master or bachelor)
2. 3 – 5 years experience in the field of operational purchasing or similar
3. Strong analytic skills
4. Perfect English skills
5. MS-Office User
6. SAP (or different ERP system) user
7. Team player, resilience, reliability
8. Project management skills
