Overview:
Responsible for quality engineering in providing support to resolve product quality issues, defective product screening, RMA return from customers and to continuously work for product quality improvements in order to achieve high product quality performance to all customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Works on systemic evaluation of products, services, facilities, manufacturing or business processes, to ensure that standards of quality are being met.

2. Understand quality issue raised, gather information to help our source in investigation.

3. Coordinate with customers and sales when Quality Alert is received. Ensure all suspected parts are retrieved and disposed according to instruction from source.

4. Interfaces with manufacturing, engineering, customers, or suppliers and subcontractors to ensure requirements are met.

5. Reviews, analyzes and reports on quality discrepancies.

6. Investigates problems, develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies.

7. To coordinate on the sorting activities in regards to quality defect, meeting customers demand, preparing product defect report, repacking and providing quality training to subcontractor.

8. To perform other task/ assignment which is within the scope of work as assigned by immediate superior.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
1. Degree/Diploma Holder preferably in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering.
2. Familiar in QC Tools
3. Good written in English and ability to communicate Chinese.
4. Computer application knowledge.
5. Willing to travel.

EXPERIENCE
1. Knowledge in ISO9000, ISO14000.
2. Minimum 1-2 years experience in QC Function and preferably in Electronics & Electrical field
