We're a foreign-owned company based in Longhua, Shenzhen and we import, distribute, wholesale and retail wine and liquor. We're looking for people to join our customer support team and our sales team. 

Wine and liquor are not only one of the fastest-growing industries in China, but it's also one of the most interesting. It doesn't mean you need to be a big drinker (we're not a bar or a club so we don't expect anyone to drink alcohol as part of their job) and in fact a lot our staff don't even drink alcohol! Your communication skills are much more important than how much you can drink.  Ironically, one would assume that most of our company must be hard-drinking *** - in fact, it's the total opposite.  Most of our team are in fact ladies and most of them don't even drink alcohol!

It might not sound as exciting as some of your friends talking about their big success working for companies that are dropshipping nik-naks and bits of tat to westerners at one of the thousands of Shenzhen based Amazon Prime vendors - but we all know most of those companies talk a big game about the potential to earn a lot......which almost never actually is the reality.

No false hope from us. No claims that you'll be a millionaire in a year. Just the simple facts that if you're willing to learn, and you can make our customers feel that they have a good service, then YOU CAN earn really decent commissions.

Customer support staff help our customers to manage their orders and receive their deliveries. Some customer might need help to place an order or have some questions about different products. All CUSTOMER SUPPORT STAFF SHARE IN A MONTHLY BONUS POT that is directly linked to all company sales for the month.

Sales staff proactively market to foreigners through social media and find new customers. Every new customer you find EARNS YOU SALES COMMISSION for the lifetime of that customer. All SALES STAFF SHARE IN A MONTHLY BONUS POT that is directly linked to all company sales for the month.

Working hours are 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday, with some work every other Saturday.  The working hours are all based on China time, so no need to work late at night dealing with customers in other countries.

The potential for growth and promotion is very real. We don't recruit senior staff from outside our company. Everyone starts at the same level and those that demonstrate the best attitude and ability are the ones that become the team leaders and the managers.
