Job Description:

- Coordinate with oversea offices/agent and local exporters/importers to move shipments as request.

- Book the space; arrange trucking, warehouse and storage; follow customs clearance and commodity inspection, etc. 

- Create the SOP as per each customer's status. 

- Prepare the local enquiry quotations. 

- Collect and sort out information about shipping lines, offer consultancy service for customers and colleagues.

- Cover the documentation  job in good way.

- Response to customer's needs in timely manner & effective communication.

- Others as per the position request.

Job Requirements:

- Ability to communicate effectively. 

- Knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel software, bar code scanning.

- Knowledge of International trade and forwarding industry.

- Good customer service and customer oriented.

- Good organized daily work and pro-active attitude.

- Willing to learn, Hard-working, punctual, organized, team play spirit, able to give feedback to Superior.

-  Ability to perform a variety of tasks, often with short notice.
