Overall Responsibilities:

职责范围：

The position is responsible for business development and growth of commercial business in East Region, China.

负责华东区域的业务开发及商业拓展。

Focus on new accounts development, coordinate for plates and CTP;

专注于新客户的开发，协调版材与CTP；

Develop and maintain key accounts relationships while ensuring the goals for profitable sales;

开拓及维护重点客户关系并保证利润率；

Development of detailed sales plans, and its successful implementation;

开拓具体的销售计划并成功实施；

Track product performance on the market. Assess competition and provide feedback on market intelligence

追踪产品在市场上的业绩，竞品分析并提供反馈。

Job requirements:

岗位要求：

University graduate；

大学毕业

At least 3 years relevant experience in commercial printing or relevant field, with successful track record in growing assigned business

至少3年同行业工作经验，在开拓业务领域有成功经验

Advanced analytical and problem solving skills

杰出的分析和解决问题的能力

Ability to adapt to a changing environment and work well under pressure

适应多变的工作坏境和在压力下工作

Strong self-driven; eager to achieve results, strong sense of responsibility and discipline

强大的自我驱动，渴望达成目标，高度的责任感和纪律感

Have effective communication and presentation capability

高效沟通和产品演示技能

Good English language capability ( the requirement may be relaxed to a certain extent)
