职位描述
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for mechanical design of fixture/tooling and equipment for fiber-optic component manufacturing;
2. Working closely with optical, process and device engineers for design optimization;
3. Generate conceptual design, layout, prototyping, bill of materials, piece part and assembly drawings;
4. Document engineering reports, engineering drawings, and equipment design specifications;
5. Standardize fixture drawings to company standard in system;
6. Interact with vendors for piece parts specification, procurement, quality assurance and complete first article qualification;
7. Support on different sites on assembly process of continue improvement;
Qualifications and Requirements
1. Bachelor degree and/or above, major in mechanical/materials engineering, automation and any other relevant Engineering field;
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience on the mechanical design. Familiarity with optics and experience in Kaizen, Yamazumi are desirable;
3. Be familiar on mechanical design tools. AutoCAD, Soildworks and etc.
4. Self-driven, self-motivated and ability to bring the best from team member
5. Excellent communication skills are needed to contribute effectively in cross-functional teams
6. Proficient in English, both in speaking and writing.
