Foreign Senior Landscape Designer
外籍高级景观设计师


1. Bachelor degree or above in Landscape, Environment Art or Urban Planning earned in key universities or colleges；
本科景观，环境艺术，城市规划专业本科以上学历；

2. Minimum of 5 years work experience as principal designer and project manager in sizable national or international landscape design companies；
具有5年以上境内或境外景观设计公司工作经验，担任主设计师职责；

3. Rich experience with large scale landscape projects; strong at planning and designing；
有大型综合性景观项目经验，具备较强的方案构思及专业技能；

4. Strong project management and co-ordination ability, accurately understand requirements of project, be good at communication and co-ordination；
较强的项目管理与协调能力，能准确理解、把握项目需求，有效沟通协调项目进展；

5. Conduct site inspections if necessary;
如有必要，须进行现场勘察工作；

Our Managing Director, Mr. Peter Smulders has strong international multi-disciplinary experience with leading design firms. Time spent equally based in Singapore, Sydney and Hong Kong over these years has given him great familiarity with the resort, leisure and residential industry across the region and beyond. His ability to cross traditional disciplinary boundaries and resolve issues from multiple perspectives forms the foundation of AI’s holistic approach to design, add subtle distinction and extra quality.
