1， 熟悉厂务系统的工作流程，根据公司制定的操作说明规程及维护保养计划，负责厂区公共动力系统的维护及管理，保证相关设备正常运行。

Familiar with facility system work process, Establish an efficient facility support system, maintenance plan and facility operation hand menu;

2， 公共设施的基本维修，如照明灯，门锁等，巡视公共设施设备的运行状况，及时发现问题并能及时解决，及时响应并跟踪各部门提出的有关厂务方面的维修请求，确保厂务设备的正确安全使用;

To conduct repair and maintenance of the public facility, like lights, lock; to inspect facility condition, find and solve problem promptly; to be responsible for resolving the maintenance requirement from related department to ensure the safety of facility;

3， 对公司水、电方面有自己的统计提出改善，水电气能源运行成本管理及分析，提出降低成本之有效建议;

To improve plan of facility, do the operation cost analysis and low down the cost;

4， 协调监督外包商进入工厂施工，保证质量安全及可靠性;

To coordinate and inspect construction from the vendor, to make sure the quality and reliability;

1, 大专以上学历，机电相关专业背景，有EHS管理经验优先；
Diploma degree or above in mechanical or electrical or similar field.
2、3年以上制造企业相关工作经验, 熟悉制造业厂务设施设备的运行和管理。
Five years or more related experience in manufacturing environment. Related work experience; familiar with facility and equipment working and management in manufactory industry.

3、熟悉施工图纸及规范，了解行业相关规定，能看懂机电等图纸；

Familiar with construction drawing and regulation, familiar with the know-how and regulation in related industry, can read and understand drawing;
3、持有高低压电工操作证及压力容器操作证的优先考虑。Prior to high voltage and low voltage certificate and high pressure vessel certificate. 
4、很强的团队意识、责任心;良好的人际交往、组织协调和计划策划能力。
Strong team spirit and responsible sense. Good communication and organization and planning skill
