Our customer is a dynamic local trading company with headquarter in France with about 1000 employees worldwide. They are the experts in furniture products and always plays as the furniture fashion leader in the business.
Our customer is based in Shenzhen to manage all the group business in Asia. They are in charge of sourcing, purchasing and deliver the latest "hot" products for western markets at an unbeatable price from Asia supplier panel.
They are looking for collaborators, with developed skills in quality and team management, to join and support their dynamic team.

Quality Manager (Furniture)

As a Quality Manager, you responsibility will be:

_Coordinate in NPI to assure the products comply to customer requirements and EN standards;
_Ensure the product quality in each delivery PO to customer
_Ensure the reliability of the QC report and efficiency of QC team by managing QC procedures, tools and QC team competency
_Responsible for customer quality feedbacks and solve quality problems with team & supplier
_Lead and coach onsite the quality team and suppliers to continual improve the organization and competency
_Audit / evaluate supplier to support sourcing team and manage supplier continual improvements
_Support sourcing team and/or sales team customer to negotiate with suppliers for best purchasing conditions in case of quality issues
_Set up quality reporting system and tools to manage team and supplier performance
_Ensure the proactive communication with colleagues, customers and suppliers to ensure the consistence of information and solutions.

As a future team manager of an international company in direct contact with foreign manager & colleagues, we are looking for persons with following experience:

- At least 5 years in quality field and 2 years in team management
- Knowledge of furniture products and EN standards preferred
- College degree or above
- Fluent English both in speaking and writing
- Skills on MS Office kit
- French is a plus

As a future team manager of a dynamic trading office, always seeking for the progress and development of business in Asia, more than the experience we are looking for the right person:

_You have good communication skills: you will manage team and supplier; debrief with customer and direct manager; coordinate with sales and sourcing team;
_You are active & sensorial: you are highly mobile and like travelling and working in factory environment
_You are open minded and dynamic: you are willing to listen to others; consider other ways, willing to do different
_You are initiative: you like to go for analysis and solutions; you can communicate with convictions and proposals;
