Responsibilities：

1. 接受客户booking，核对booking是否符合公司要求，按照订舱流程安排订舱方舱事宜，冰箱相关安排柜子，创建按新客户资料。

2. 对客户的跟进和维护，苏哦有操作流程中的问题解答处理，船司给到费用账单后录入系统，后续需跟进财务对账。

3. 货物上船后，收到文件通知给到的客户付款水单，需写放单放货申请给大财务同事。

4. 领导安排的其他事务

Other Skills：

1. 熟练使用Excel，Word等办公软件。

2. 打字速度较快，约100字/分钟。

3. 英文良好。
