岗位描述：

1、对学生进行行为规范和思想品德教育；

2、了解学生的心理状态，对学生进行心理健康教育；

3、对学生进行爱国主义教育和公民道德教育；

4、管好学生纪律和维护校园秩序；

5、开学前制定拓展训练方案，并组织实施；

6、建立良好的家校沟通渠道，反馈学生在校学习和生活状况，树立学校品牌；

7、组织和开展大型学生活动，包括社会实践；

8、拓展和管理学生社团，培养学生兴趣特长；

任职条件：

1、全日制本科及其以上学历；

2、有2年以上K12学校班主任工作经历；

3、具备基本教育工作者职业道德和素养，服从学校管理安排；

4、英语能力优秀者优先，有留学背景优先；

5、外形阳光，性格稳重，体型较好；

6、语言表达能力强，具有较强的组织管理能力；能熟练office办公软件；有声乐或舞蹈等艺术特长者优先；
