主要职能：

• 为公司内部所有部门提供广泛的人力行政和办公室管理的服务，以促进公司的高效运营。

核心职责：

• 按照程序处理来电、接待访客和其它外来人员。
• 负责公司所有国内外快递的发送和接收；
• 为其他同事安排旅行，包括根据需要预订酒店和机票。
• 统筹安排公司活动和会议。
• 负责办公室清洁和内务，确保办公环境的干净和整洁；
• 管理和订购办公用品。
• 提供签证和工作许可证申请方面的信息和支持；
• 其他文书方面的支持工作。
• 协助人力资源和行政经理履行其他人力资源和行政助理职能。

资质与经验要求：

• 0-3年相关工作经验。
• 良好的英语听说读写能力。
• 出色的电话接听技巧和问候方式。
• 熟练使用MS Office软件包括但不限于Word、Excel和PPT。
• 乐观、诚实、有团队精神，愿意学习，并且与公司共同成长。
