岗位要求：

1， 本科以上学历，五官端正，谈吐大方，责任心强，为人诚恳，勤奋；

2， 英语能力四级以上，具有良好的英语听、说、写能力，5年以上销售经验，并具有2年以上办公家具或建材行业销售经验；

3， 沟通交际能力佳，有较强的市场开拓意识、服务意识及团队协助能力； 能承受较大的工作压力， 能熟练操作办公软件；

4， 待遇：底薪+佣金+奖金

职位描述：

1，负责带领销售团队开发及维护广州、深圳两地办公家具市场；有一定的生意信息来源及客源，可以协助其他同事达到公司规定的销售任务；有独立操作较大的项目的能力。

Sale Manager

1. Bachelor degree or above with 3 years sales working experience and at least 1 year relative sales experience in office furniture industry or construction material industry.

2. Preciseness, activity, strong responsibility, management capability and independence operation

3. with strong social and market exploiting ability, With highly service consciousness and team work spirit. Can work under high pressure.

4. Fluent oral and written English, with CET 4 diploma

6. Skill in microsoft office, especially PPT software

7. Treatment: basic salary + commission + bonus

Resposibility: Leading the team to exploit Guangzhou and Shenzhen market. With good customer resources and social relations. Can assist and supervise the team members to fufill the sales targets. Can in charge of big project independently.
