Job Description MK Illumination (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.

Title: Office / Operations Manager

Reporting to: General Manager

Location: Shenzhen, PRC

Position will be AVAILABLE FROM Oct 2012 on

Purpose

Overall responsibility for achieving all objectives and goals for QC and Sourcing work as outlined by MKI Austria. Provide leadership and direction for MKI, Shenzhen office to obtain optimal efficiency in designated tasks. Supervise and train QC and Logistic staff in procedures established to streamline operation of SBU and facilitate expedient and relevant information to the higher management.

Job Requirements:

l Bachelor Degree, major in Business, Management /English;

l Good Accounting skills

l Good command of both oral and written Chinese and English;

l Minimum 5 years' working experience in related field;

l Strong PC skills;

l Good communication skills, able to work under pressure;

l Good interpersonal skills;

l Strong service and CAN-DO mentality

Key responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations of QC (Laboratory & On Field Inspections) and Sourcing department activities following directives of MKI Austria
• Manage day to day operations of the Merchandisers.
• Be Responsible for the financial accounting of the trade business with the HK entity and oversee the bookkeeper for the Shenzhen Operation.
• Establishes and implements short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates operational effectiveness and implement changes required for improvement.
• Oversees the day-to-day operations activities of the entire SBU.
• Manage staff according to company standards (appraisals, discipline, training, development, etc).
• Develops annual operating budgets and provides fiscal direction to the unit.
• Develop routines for communication and communicate expediently all relevant business information to the Management.
• Execute the responsibilities of a company director according to lawful and ethical standards.
