Stahls China is looking for talented SENIOR SALES MANAGER to grow with us and expand our business in China with quality products and exceptional customer service.

Compensation will be salary + sales commission.

Role will be located in Bao An, Shenzhen. Business travels in China will be required.

Incumbent will report to Business Development Director of China.

Responsibilities

• Grow new and existing business

• Develop and build partner relationships

• Manage and coordinate the dealers

• Support the dealers’ business development with marketing and promoting products by participating customer presentations and trainings of Stahls China products

• Create monthly sales plan and fulfill the monthly, quarterly and annual tasks

• Successfully hit targets and agreed KPI's, with a big drive on new business

• Build a solid understanding of Stahls China products and their place in the China markets

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience

• Experience in garment, heat press machines, vinyls or distribution of any of above is a plus

• Successful track record in sales

• Strong customer service mindset and high commitment to service excellence

• Familiar with textile fabrics and decoration technology (sublimation, heat transfer)

• Familiar with garment digital printing machine, heat transfer machine, heat transfer vinyls, relevant sales experience and customer resources are preferred

• Good network with garment industry and suppliers of the market and knowledge with domestic/international well-known clothing brands will be a plus

• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese, good understanding of English

• Preferably college degree or above in sales or business management

• Motivated and will to succeed

• Right attitude to learn

薪酬：底薪+提成

工作地点位于深圳光明新区，有不定期出差。任职者需要向中国地区业务总监（欧洲人）汇报工作。

岗位职责：

l 负责新客户的开发及重点客户的关系维护

l 发展建立新的合作伙伴

l 管理协调与公司经销商的合作关系

l 负责斯塔耳产品的演示及培训，为经销商的业务推广提供支持

l 制定月度销售计划，并带领团队执行完成月度、季度、年度绩效目标

l 对斯塔耳的产品及在中国市场的地位有一个充分全面的了解

任职要求：

l 5年以上的销售经验，

l 具备服装、热转印、或刻字膜行业销售经验者优先

l 卓越的销售成绩

l 良好的客户服务意识和对卓越服务的高度承诺

l 熟悉纺织品面料和装饰技术（升华、热转印），有相关销售经验和客户资源者优先

l 与服装行业及市场供应商有良好的关系，熟悉国内外知名服装品牌者优先

l 具备良好的英语书面及口语表达能力

l 大专以上学历，销售或商业管理专业者优先

l 有上进心，责任心强

l 具有学***动积极性

工作时间：上午：8:00-12：00 下午13:00-5:00（午休1小时）月休8天（按法定节假日休息）。
