职位描述
1、根据公司的战略规划，制定电商平台年度、季度、月度销售目标、利润目标、年度计划以及市场费用的全盘预算，并落实执行，保证销售业绩及发展规划的最终达成；
2、负责公司整体电商平台营运体系建设和标准化经营的管理及体系完善；
2、负责公司电商平台的产品结构调整、价格政策调整、库存优化等管理；
4、负责电商平台整体推广方案，对电商平台的活动策划、活动执行、活动效果及产品访问量、转化率结果负责，并对数据进行分析改进。
任职资格：
1、全日制本科以上学历，营销类、电子商务类专业优先考虑，优秀者可放宽录用条件；
2、熟悉食品、快消品类、零售行业等电商运营模式；
3、能够带领激励团队，完成电商模块的相关任务；
4、有5年以上的电商运营管理工作经验，有京东、天猫、淘宝等电商平台运营管理工作经验者优先考虑；
5、有类目TOP5品牌成功经验及KA卖家的运营经验；
6、操盘过线上年销售过亿快消品品牌 优先考虑。
