岗位职责：

 

1. 店铺有Best Seller产品，垂直产品线专业运营，要求有独立运营经验，可全面负责店铺的日常运营和维护工作

2. 新品上架推广和老品维护，竞品跟踪和分析，定期统计销售数据，及时调整销售策略

3. 库存管理，根据产品销量和库存情况制定及调整FBA备货计划，保持较好的库存周转率和库存量

4. 利用各种站内外推广方式引流，了解热门社交账户运营

5. 根据销售目标及时做好销售计划，完成销售目标

6、领导交办的其他事项。

  

任职要求：

1. 亚马逊美国站/欧洲站精品运营经验半年及以上

2. 英语CET4或以上，有良好的书面商务沟通能力及编写能力

3. 工作细致主动，心态积极有活力

4、能承受工作压力，善于解决各种业务问题，有责任心，团队合作意识强，勇于开拓和创新,有志于和公司共同成长。

2.Product developing and sourcing– Visit the major exhibitions in HongKong, Taiwan, and China region every season and worked with +100 manufacturers in sporting goods industry;
3.Factory audits– Conduct Social compliance audit (eg. Child labor, Legal wage, working hours, environment protection, working safety), and Capability, Facility audit or other required audit by the needs of customers.
4.Quality control and inspection– Worked with 3rd party Testing Labs for testing protocols for every new products, all the new products were required to provide the testing report before mass production; assigned QC for inline and final inspection.
5.Problems solving– Strong responsibility and quick response for any problems.
