Position: Merchandiser

Position Scope:

• Follow up orders with vendors and internal parties to ensure that companies requirements are met and on-time delivery.
• Review purchase orders, artwork and packaging
• Monitor and update PLM with supplier and article data.
• Communicate Sourcing Specialist requirements to factories and follow up.
• Monitor production status.
• Arrange sample submission to Sourcing specialist for approval.
• Monitor samples with Quality engineer.
• Pack and send samples
• Manage approved Golden samples, shipping samples etc.
• Maintain business relationships with vendors for product development and production.
• Send and urge documents form factories, e.g. testing report, inspection booking,
• Maintain strong business relationships through regular contacts with factories.
• Control and follow up deliveries.
• Assist in the product development process to ensure that products meet Runsvens quality and budget requirements
• Contribute as required to business planning.
• Actively support the Sourcing specialist function.
• Actively seek better cooperation and understanding of other functions/units
• Co-ordinate work efforts with other functions to ensure integration and completion of tasks against expectations.
• Other duties as assigned by Management
