Job Responsibility:
· Over 5 years' work experience in sea freight operations at the Logistics Company, Familiar with day-to-day shipping procedures (bookings, SI's, S/O), Experience with CFS related export activities a bonus, including,
1. Order Control: critical task related to ensuring order fulfillment rates are maintained and customers are satisfied _
2. Facilitate container consolidation Work with suppliers on cargo ready dates, shipment plans, bookings, order revisions _
3. Supervise the order processing and invoicing functions on a day-to-day basis _
4. Prepare reports related to on-time delivery, monthly invoicing, and SAP exceptions as requested by superiors
5. Responsible for maintenance of Daily Logistics Reports and Customer facing Master Spreadsheets _
6. follow up International Sales for shipment approvals and status updates _
Knowledge
· University degree or equivalent in working experience
· Fluency in English (in both written and oral), reporting directly to foreign General Manager
· Skilled in Microsoft office system
·Patient and carefully
·Positive to change, constantly searching for improvements
·Committed to deliver result
