任职要求：

1、建筑设计、室内设计等相关专业毕业，有深化施工图制作及施工跟进经验；

2、熟悉中小型公装/家装装饰工程工艺、材料及施工现场管理，掌握全程验收手续；

3、能对施工流程，施工安全，施工的质量、进度、材料，施工现场管理及工程标准验收等方面工作进行综合协调；

4、具有较强的沟通表达能力，能够与上级领导及施工队进行良好的沟通交流，协调好各参与方的关系；

5、较强的问题解决能力，能够解决项目监理过程中的一般问题；

6、品行端正，工作认真负责，有上进心，能吃苦耐劳。
