1.Ex-Police with at least 10 years in service

Job Requirements:
a.To protect Jabil's property-physical property, IP property and employees
b.To lead and manage both internal guards ( Jabil employees ) and external guards ( if there is any out source guards )
c To ensure all shifts guards are properly staff as to ensure works are carry out effectively and efficiently
d.To train and coach any new recruits
e.To lead in any investigation if there is any unwanted event happened ( e.g. Robbery, fighting, pilferage or violation to Jabil Security rules )
f. To work with concerned government bodies when there is a need ( e.g. police department, Fire and Rescue )
g.To ensure all Security monitoring equipment and systems are properly maintained and in working condition
h.To ensure security is in place 24 x 7 x 365
i.To participate and support in customers' security audit
j. To continuously review security SOP and rules to meet the latest customers' requirement
k. To continuously cascading and nurturing the security mindset to all security guards and employees
l. To provide security rules training to all new hires
m. To execute any other jobs that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
