Responsibilities

- Strengthen and expand treasury products/solutions coverage on corporate clients in South China;
- Drive to achieve the required sales target;
- Assist & back-up the district head and head of advisory sales China on any of the management issues
- Able to maximize the revenue potential of the existing clientele and able to penetrate and bring in new customers
- Supervise and provide guidance to other junior team members

Requirements

- University graduate
- At least 8~10 years of relevant experience in sales and expose to treasury products and previous experience as a relationship manager is a plus with the proof of track record;
- Excellent knowledge of foreign exchange, interest and derivative products and insight about global and onshore financial market development
- Strong leadership and good master of business development and risk control
- Good inter-personal communication skill with ability to collaborate with internal business and support units;
- Good interpersonal, presentation, marketing and people management skill
- Proactive, self motivated and good team player with integrity;
