Purpose:

BD Manager, he or she is in close cooperation with operations and customers in order to penetrate market searching for business development opportunities and to continuously expand the business base and contribute to increasing profit.

Responsibilities:

· Prospect, identify and grow new customers from wide range of industries including Hi-tech, Auto & Industrial, Fashion & Textile, Tele & Ele, Manufacturing, etc
· Be part of a proactive and creative sales organization and show a high level of sales and customer focused attitude and behavior
· Collaborate with overseas sales/agents to penetrate business opportunities on the market
· Develop new customer relations and maintain existing to further expand the business base
· Developing clear strategies, objectives and tactical plans for sales based on customer needs, and aligned them with Business Objectives.
· Scheduling sales resources to maximize opportunities on an individual and event basis
· Be internationally minded.

Experience and skill requirements:

1. Industy know-how and above 5 years' experience in sales and in air freight and sea freight with focus on China- EU lanes
2. Strong Marketing and Communication skill.
3. Network and contacts with National and Global accounts
4. Self- motivated, with proven ability to contribute to new ventures.
5. Proficiency in English communication is a MUST
6. Bachelor degree holder

Location can be Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Foshan, Zhongshan, or Zuhai
