Scope of Role:
· To deliver simply first class service and advice to our clients and internal partners in all enquiries, problems, and other service-related issues

Key Responsibilities:
· To follow clients enquiries and reply on time
· To build relationships with clients and maintains constant contact.
· To closely monitor the traffics for key clients and prepare related records/reports.
· To coordinate with various departments to meet the customer's needs.
· To investigate market trends and negotiate competitive tariffs with shipping lines, main local partners.
· To make quotation to client for warehouse logistics, local charges and sea freight etc. maintain and keep timely update of our current tariff.
· To deal with some daily HR & admin issues
· Other then the above responsibilities, job holder should follow other job duties and responsibilities assigned by manager from time to time.

Qualifications & Skills:
· College fresh graduation, prefer majored in logistics, trading or English, with passion and desire for long-term career development in international Supply Chain industry.
· Fluent in oral and written English.
· Computer literate with the ability to learn & master Microsoft Power point, Excel, Word, Outlook etc & other customer service software applications
· Work independently, good interpersonal skills and influence skill.
· Task oriented and cost sensitive to bear the Multi-task.
· Strong sense of responsibility, active, willing to learn and work under pressure, good team player, good professional ethics
