职位描述
工作职责：
1.负责为客户提供售前咨询，解决客户在售前售后过程中遇到的问题；
2.及时跟进商品的销售，做产品的入库和出库；
3.负责及时解决客户反映及投诉的问题，提供良好的售后服务，提高客户满意度；
4.完成领导安排的相关工作；
工作要求：
1.1年以上电商客服工作经验
2.具有良好的服务意识，普通话标准，服从工作安排；
3.熟练操作电脑，打字速度适中；
4.具有良好的沟通能力，积极上进，责任心强。具有一定的抗压能力。

Based in Shenzhen,it is our ultimate target to develop industry customers. Now it is an e-commerce company integrating multiple platforms and categories. The company has close cooperation with the E-commerce platform of international and domestic industries , such as :Amazon, EBAY, T-mall, ******, Pinduoduo，the telecommunications operators’ e-commerce department. The business categories mainly contain digital 3C, computer peripherals, electronic cigarettes, etc, having Strategic cooperation with 10 major brands.
