• Management of / support in all Intellectual Property (IP) related issues for BU-MS, Division Mobile Applications

• Serve as a contact person for IP, providing support and knowledge transfer to departments

• Implementation and further development of IP related processes and procedures according to the IP-strategy

• Responsibility for all IP-related issues of HNTE certificate  for AT&S China and AT&S Chongqing as well as for additional public patent assistance schemes

• Representation of AT&S vis-à-vis internal and external parties in all IP related aspects (inventors, customers, suppliers, partners, Business Units, funding agencies, patent attorneys etc.)

• IP-Analyses and SoA searches

            

职位要求：

  

• Advanced knowledge in the field of IP (min. 3 years practice at least)

• Technical understanding (Technical background preferred, a basic Knowledge of Substrate and PCB manufacturing methods is advantageous)

• Interest in Finance and Legal matters

• Advanced moderation- and presentation skills

• Understanding of Austrian, Chinese, Indian and Korean culture

• A good working knowledge of written and spoken English

• Working knowledge of MS office and IP-Software systems

• Ability to communicate at all levels

• Willingness and ability to cooperate
